Further Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Also featured in this new document release seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had created plans to build upon the substantial island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a pool.

Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, indicated on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a notes section labelling different parts of the land.

Alongside this are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring designs for dock shelters.

Further documentation made public as part of the ongoing congressional release.
